Liberty Pressed Metals is registered to the QS 9001:2000 quality system and
compliant to TS16949.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is practiced in all phases of the process. Various tools that are used to support the quality system include micrometers, scales, hardness tester, gauss meter, plug gages, snap gages, an optical comparator and a co-ordinate measuring machine.
FEMA's, PPAP's and first piece inspection reports are provided per customer request.
Material certifications are kept on file for all production lots and are included with each shipment.
